Return & Cancellation Policy: Damaged Products Only (7 Days) / Cancellations Before Shipping

We strive to ensure every item reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the fast-moving nature of our limited stock, we only accept returns for damaged products. Exchanges are not possible.

Please review the following policy details carefully:

Cancellations (Change of Mind)

  • If you change your mind, your order can be cancelled only before it has been shipped.

  • Once an order is marked as "shipped," we cannot stop the delivery or process a cancellation.

  • To cancel an order before shipment, please contact our customer support team immediately at tulaakidsapparel@gmail.com.

Returns (Damaged Products Only)

  • 7-Day Return Window: You must notify us of a damaged product within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: A continuous, unedited video recording of the parcel being unboxed is compulsory to qualify for a return. The video must clearly show the condition of the outer packaging and the discovery of the damage during the unboxing process. No video, no refund/return.

  • Eligibility: Returns are strictly for damaged products only. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, fit, color, or change of mind after the item has been shipped and delivered.

  • Size Confirmation: Please cross-check the size guide on our website before confirming your purchase. As exchanges are not possible, ensuring the correct size at checkout is your responsibility.

  • Return Process:

    1. Email your unboxing video and order details to our customer support team at tulaakidsapparel@gmail.com within the 7-day window.

    2. Once the damage is verified, we will arrange for the return shipping of the damaged item at our expense.

    3. Upon receipt and inspection of the item in its original condition (aside from the verified damage), we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refund Process: The refund will be initiated within 4 to 5 working days. We appreciate your patience during this time and are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
